experience and expertise developing valuable knowledge and industry specialisations:

Corporate

Adam has worked with a large number of corporate clients to assist with the development and implementation of their Enterprise Risk Management framework. Much of this experience has been gained whilst working within risk consulting divisions of global insurance broking companies. RMA has over 20 years of experience providing a broad range of risk advisory services to corporates such as Risk Framework Reviews, Business Risk Profiling, Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments for companies including Ansell, Australian Unity, Cochlear, Flight Centre, HESTA, Michael Hill Jewellers, Murray Goulburn, MTAA, Resmed, SA Water, Toro Energy, Tabcorp and WA Super.

Education

Adam and RMA has developed specialist risk advisory services for the education sector, having worked in this sector for over 15 years. Adam has worked with in excess of twenty of Australia’s leading independent Schools including Balcombe Grammar, Casey Grammar, Caulfield Grammar, Camp Australia, Eltham College, Genazzano College, Ivanhoe Grammar, Ivanhoe Girls Grammar, Ipswich Grammar, Melbourne Grammar, Saint Augustine’s College, Somerville House, The Peninsula School, Toowoomba Grammar, Trinity Grammar School, Waverley Christian College, Westbourne Grammar School, Wilderness School.

RMA is acting as the in house Risk Manager for Melbourne Grammar School. In addition, RMA develop and deliver a number of risk management training modules for Independent Schools Victoria and it’s member schools. Topics covered include: Demystifying Risk Management in Schools, Critical Incident Management, Cyber Risk Management and Property Risk Management for Schools.

Sports

Adam and RMA has an extensive experience in working with sports administrators in the development and delivery of risk management programs. RMA has worked at a corporate level with organisations such as Cricket Australia, Cricket Victoria, Netball Australia and Soccer Australia to conduct projects including strategic risk reviews and insurance gap analysis.

Adam has worked with peak body sports administrators including Victorian Country Football and Victorian Rugby League in the development of risk management programs focusing on the implementation of risk management at an operational and club level. This work involved developing, implementing and training their members in the practical roll out of risk management at club level. This program was later adopted by the AFL and rolled out to the wider football community.

RMA has develop sports specific software which provides simple, cost effective solutions to the difficult challenge of successfully embedding a risk management culture within sporting club environments.

Aged Care / Disability Services / Not for Profits

Adam and RMA has an extensive experience in working with aged care, disability service and not for profit organisations in providing independent risk framework reviews, strategic risk profiling including the development and delivery of enterprise risk management strategies. The increasing focus on risk, compliance and overall governance within the “not for profit” sector is driving major focus on risk management throughout this sector. RMA has worked with organisations including; Bethsathem Care, Endeavour Foundation, Good Samaritan Industries, Moyola Aged Care, OC Connections, Royal Flying Doctor Service, Scouts Australia, Uniting Church Australia, Uniting Care West, Village Life and World Vision of Australia.
